Items for the meeting agenda should be submitted by noon on Friday the week prior to the actual meeting. Agenda items should be sent to either Chief of Staff Jordan Gonzales (jgonzales@unl.edu)  or to Coordinator of Faculty Governance Karen Griffin (kgriffin2@unl.edu).

Proposals requiring Academic Planning Committee review and recommendation must include signatures of approval from the appropriate Dean and Vice Chancellor(s). Proposers should provide a copy of the final document(s) to the Executive Vice Chancellor's office. The Executive Vice Chancellor's office will forward the copies to the APC. Please submit proposals four weeks before the APC is to act on them.
